SONI started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find genuinely good matcha outside of Japan?

 

We wanted matcha that tasted the way it does when you're actually there — vibrant, smooth, and worth slowing down for. So we built SONI around one principle: import it directly, skip the shortcuts, and bring it to Cyprus exactly as it should be.

 

Every tin that reaches you has traveled the same path — sourced in Japan, imported directly, and packed to protect its flavour and colour. No unnecessary middlemen, no compromises on freshness.

Matcha isn't just an ingredient — it's a small ritual. Whether you're whisking your first bowl or your thousandth, we want that moment to feel worth having. That's why we care as much about the tin in your hands as what's inside it.
